Maximum loan amount: UAH 3,000,000.00

Required Documents for Individual Borrowers:

• National passport of the borrower and a copy of the spouse’s/co-borrower’s passport (all pages with information)
• Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)
• Document confirming the borrower’s financial status
• Marriage/divorce certificate (if applicable)
• Invoice from the seller

Private entrepreneurs must additionally provide:

• Registration documents
• Bank statement showing turnover of current account (if available)
• Tax declaration for the past 12 months or simplified tax report

Required Documents for Legal Entities:

A copy of the duly registered founding document (charter / founding agreement / articles of association) with all amendments and supplements
Resolution from the authorized governing body regarding the receipt of credit
Copies of orders (or decisions) appointing authorized signatories, certified by the company’s CEO and stamp, along with copies of their passports and TINs
Financial documents confirming the borrower’s solvency:

• Annual financial statements (balance sheet and profit & loss statement)
• Quarterly reports (if applicable), certified by the CEO and company stamp
• Statement of the 31st balance account (in electronic format) for the last 12 months
